It's a double brew day across the sky

On the agenda for today is a nice German pilsner very classic with hallertauen hops. After that we're trying out a black ipa or whatever people are calling it this week. That one is going to be more of a gamble. Mixing up the grains a little and trying a new technique with grinding carafa down to a fine powder. We're also using a mix or cascade and warrior hops and the same Saison yeast. Pictures to follow soon.
